Then Rove's attorney ( the ear ring guy ) said he got an fax from Fitzgerald saying he wouldn't tried. Now Fitzgerald never sent the fax and the fax has never been shown. It shouldn't take you long to understand what happen. As SPB said all court records are public. Take the time like the rest of us did and check the Seal vs Seal document dated at the time the grand-jury ended in the Libby case. You'll see the court files by docket numbers then you'll understand why Karl Rove still has a pending indictment in the courts. If you don't want to do that then wait it out because all courts have to clear their case loads.
We should move on to Gonzo so the DOJ lawyers can have an honest educated boss.

If Blago walks free again, it's all your fault for the grandstanding arrest and self-ego trip you are on. You should resign, be fired or relieved of duties. What the point of creating a commission in Illinois thats suppose to be regulating utilities like Com Ed, when they act paid employees who fleece residents of the state on behalf of their masters, it's government agencies like the Illinois Commerce Commission that fills our state with the stench of corruption.
It very disturbing when I see comments that claim that members of the Illinois Commerce Commission have been known to accept free dinners and tickets to sporting events from the utilities their suppose to be regulating, this sounds like a play to pay scam that has been endorsed by the state.
